Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Make an Eat Me Supplements protein shake for fast energy, kick-start your metabolism and decrease hunger later in the day.
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 350ml of water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 serve (30 grams) of Eat Me Supplements Vanilla flavoured 100% Whey Protein
- 2 tablespoons of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Directions:
- Place ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
